If you see an item listed as available for acquisition, that means it is most often made and waiting to be delivered to you. We do what we can to make your gratification as instant as possible.

Your Credit Card Payment is securely-handled by Shopify Payments. We never see your sensitive information, and you don't have to go to another site to finish checking out. We like safe things that save time, don't you?

We ship orders as quickly as possible, which is typically anywhere from the same day your order is placed up to a few business days later. If there is a delay, We'll let you know as soon as we know.

Domestic Patrons: The amount for shipping with tracking is $6. Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $100. Your delivery confirmation number will be sent to you as soon as we have it.

International Patrons: We will selectively ship certain items with tracking outside of The United States. E-Mail us at MoonAndSunEmporium@gmail.com with a list of everything you'd like to acquire and your mailing address for an exact quote.

In the exceedingly rare event that there's a problem with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Let us know as soon as possible. Perfumes and soaps are not eligible for returns for obvious reasons related to hygiene. Order samples first and always feel free to let us know the sort of fragrances you tend to love if you'd like help selecting. If you'd like to return any other item types, please e-mail us first so that we can decide together if we're going the route of refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping with tracking any items back to us for a refund or exchange. Any refunds issued will not include any funds that were spent on shipping your order to you.
